Homemade Granola

My step-daughter and I made this last month.  Just didn't get around to posting till now.
She doesn't like lots of nuts so we only have almonds but you could put any kind of nuts or seeds in that you want.  I would just use less oats for each item that you add to your recipe.
Preheat oven to 350

Mix together
8 cups old fashioned oats.  (Less if you use other nuts or seeds)
2 cups almonds (Sliced or chopped)
1/2 cup brown sugar
1.2 teaspoon cinnamon
6 oz. raisins (if you want)

Mix in a separate bowl
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/3 cup honey
3/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Blend wet ingredients into the dry ingredients.

Spread out on baking sheets and bake for 12 minutes.  Stir up and re-spread then bake another 12 minutes.

Cool completely and enjoy.  We like it with milk or with yogurt.
